DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Delivery

Digital products are fulfilled automatically upon successful payment processing and should be available for download within minutes of placing your order. Upon payment approval, you will receive a download link within your order confirmation email; you may also download your files from your order confirmation page. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours please reach out to support via chat, email, or Discord.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Packaging:

Due to current shipping cost limitations, some orders may not be able to be shipped in their original retail box. This is to ensure timely and cost efficient delivery by greatly reducing the overall package volume. Packaging for these orders will vary based on the supplier and volume of parts however we will do our best to ensure your items are delivered as safely as possible. If any unexpected damage occurs, please reach out to support.

Shipping times:

New orders will typically be shipped within 3-5 days of when the order is placed. Delivery can typically be expected within 14-30 days of being shipped. While we do currently offer shipping nationwide to the USA, it is important to note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your product within 30 days please don't hesitate to email us for help at shipping@brickballistics.com.

Tracking:

You should receive a tracking number for your order once it has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days of placing your order please don't hesitate to email us for help at shipping@brickballistics.com. Additionally, some orders may be tracked through the 3rd party Shop app on your mobile phone.

Customs fees/import taxes:

As is usual when shipping internationally it is possible that you may be liable to pay for additional duties or fees upon receipt of your order depending on your delivery location and local laws in your area. We try our best to avoid these situations however in rare cases this cost is unavoidable and we are not responsible for these fees.

Unexpected Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays or other delays of your order that occur after your item has shipped. While we try our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible, there is always the possibility of delays in shipping due to disaster, accidents, high delivery volume, and other factors out of our control which effect our shipping providers.
